Our extensive learning library includes all courses in the FMVA, CBCA, CMSA, and BIDA certification programs. Please note that the Machine Learning for Finance (Python) bundle is not a part of this subscription plan.
What skill level is the subscription plan suitable for?
Our extensive learning library caters to all learning needs - from basic fundamentals to expert training for financial analysts to help you move up the career ladder. If you need help deciding what to study we will be happy to help you with courses based on your needs.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel your membership, your course progress will be saved and you'll keep access through to your next renewal date. To cancel, you may do so from your student dashboard or send an email to our Student Support team at

The subscription plan has a no refund policy. To make sure our training is a good fit for you, we encourage you to enroll in our free courses and preview free trials of all the courses. There's no minimum commitment, so you can also try the subscription for one month and decide if you want to continue!
Can I receive two years of access to a program once I’ve paid more than $497 on the subscription plan?
Please note that your monthly payments for the subscription plan cannot be used towards other purchases.
What happens to my certification and progress if I cancel my subscription plan?
Your earned certifications will remain valid for life and your course progress will be saved if you choose to cancel your subscription plan. You can simply cancel the plan at any time by going through your student dashboard: My Account > Billing > Click Cancel.

Are all of the classes available straight away or are they time-released?
You get access to all of the courses and resources already inside of the library straight away! There's no need to wait for content to be released to you, just jump in and start learning! We regularly update and add new material too, so your resource library will continue to grow.
Can I apply discounts towards the subscription plan?
Please note that the subscription plan is a reduced sale price, which cannot be combined with other discount offers.
How do I get my certification after completing the program requirements?
Your digital program certificate will be emailed to you within 48 hours upon successful completion of the program requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
What currency are your courses priced in?
All of our online courses are priced in USD.
Can I cancel the subscription at any time and still keep all my credentials/certificates valid?
Yes, your certificates will remain active even if you decide to pause or cancel the subscription plan. All your progress will be saved, so you can reactivate the subscription plan at any time and pick up where you left off!
I’ve already purchased FMVA/CBCA/CMSA/BIDA, will I lose access if I do not subscribe to this plan?
No. Existing students will still have lifetime access to all the courses/programs they purchased.
Are Full Immersion Program benefits included in the All Access Membership BASIC?

Yes, as long as you keep the subscription active, you’ll have VIP access to all of our new courses and upgrades! Our dedicated team of instructors and e-learning experts updates our content on a monthly basis!
Can I pay a one-time fee for one of the certifications (FMVA) and subscribe for the other three (CBCA, CMSA, and BIDA)?
Yes, you can definitely do that! You can use the same student account to enroll in both of these options.
